I work on the floor — where the shot plan meets the actual, moving, unpredictable day. My job is to hold both the director's intent and the production's clock, and make sure neither one breaks the other.
My background is in journalism and mass communication — a BA and MA from Sharda University — which shaped how I read a scene before it's shot: what the story needs, what the schedule allows, and where those two things have to be negotiated in real time. That instinct carries into every set I work on, from OTT micro-dramas to ad films to my own short-form work as a writer and director.
Alongside assistant directing, I manage production and event logistics — coordinating artists, crews, and moving parts across live, music, and film production. It's the same discipline, applied at a different scale.
